  • Fields in Search Logging

Can someone please tell me where I can find a list of the fields that make up the search logging reports? And also can anyone tell me if there is an export utility for the reports, such as to excel? Thanks!

There are some details available in the Users Guide (Section 2.1.18 Advanced / Search Logging)

Each line in the V5 log looks like this.
    Code:
    2006-12-01, 14:56:15, 211.31.30.149, "logging", Matches = 89, AND, PerPage = 10, PageNum = 0, "Cat = All", Time = 1.318, Rec = 0
    2006-12-01, 14:56:56, 211.31.30.149, "logging date ip", Matches = 5, AND, PerPage = 10, PageNum = 0, "Cat = All", Time = 0.351, Rec = 0
    2006-12-01, 15:02:47, 72.208.99.24, "scripts", Matches = 166, AND, PerPage = 10, PageNum = 0, "Cat = All", Time = 0.295, Rec = 0
If you don't want to use the statistics function in Zoom to read the log, it can directly opened in Excel. Becuase the log file is in CSV format. You can just rename it to .CSV to double click on it to open it in Excel.
