  • CGI crash on russian

I have some issue with the CGI option (linux).

If I choose the russian on the search page language option, the CGI crash on the server.
If I revert to english it's working. Same setting/platform, I only change the language.

I use the last version of Zoom Search Professional on windows 10.

    Thanks

We could not reproduce the crash in our test setups here.

Can you please provide more information:

    1) What Linux distribution are you using? What version? 32-bit or 64-bit?
    2) Has the Language file (.zlang) been edited in any way? If so, can you email this to us.
    3) Make sure you are using the latest version and BUILD of Zoom:

    4) If possible, zip up your search files (including the .zlang, and all .zdat files) and e-mail them to us.

We have confirmed there's a crash bug in the CGI for long language file entries (such as Russian). This has been fixed for the next release (V7.1 build 1021)
