Thank you. I am going to install the current stable version, which hopefully will solve the problem.

Check the process list to see if another instance of ZoomEngine is still running. You may need to kill that off if something unusual happened where it crashed. Also check if there's been any updates on the server.
Noticed you're also a few versions behind from the last release of Zoom for Linux. See here:

mv: cannot stat 'indexlog.txt': No such file or directory
Hello everybody,
My Zoom Search V7 (Linux) indexer worked perfectly until a couple of month. As far as I know nothing has changed on the server side since then, but when I try indexing again, this is what happens : When I press the start button, nothing happens, the button is reset after, say, one second, the previous log (from the indexing a few month ago) is posted and I get the following ouput :mv: cannot stat 'indexlog.txt': No such file or directoryI must say I am puzzled. Could someone help ?
Wrensoft Zoom Search Engine [Core Engine] Version 7.0 (Build: 1009 for Linux)
sh: 1: wpd2text: not found
Error: Failed to create shared memory section (section already exists?): 17 [sizeof(key): 4, siezof(id): 4]
Thank you !
