In the titles, the space before the & is there, as it should be.

But in the context, it's missing.

This happens for me both using the ASP.NET control (ZoomASPX.dll) and using CGI.

I could run a replace on the results, but that seems like it shouldn't be necessary, since the ampersand spacing is handled correctly in the titles.

(I do not have & selected as a join character.)

We have confirmed this behaviour. We'll look into addressing it in the next version.

I believe I am still seeing this issue in V7 (alpha 13). Example follows:

        Original Code:
        Code:
        News & Announcements
Resulting Code in Zoom Search Context:
        Code:
        <span class="highlight">News</span>&#38; Announcements
Note the lack of a space between "News" and the ampersand code.

I also think I have seen this on some other occasions, but I can not remember what the search terms were (the search term for the above was "news".

        Thanks!

I just wanted to check if you all did see my above previous post and if this bug is on your list of things to fix at some point?

          Thanks!

Yes, sorry, we have noted it, just forgot to post a response. It's on our list of things to do but we're caught up with porting all the existing features across platforms (Linux, Mac) in the new release. It will be revisited though.
